Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where do I enter?

    All vehicles should enter at the VIP PARKING LOT ENTRANCE, located at the intersection of  Pryor Road SW and Fair Drive SW. Upon entry, guests will need to display a valid ticket, vehicles will undergo a security screening, receive a copy of venue rules and regulations. Social distancing will be maintained throughout the arrival process.  Please follow directions provided by parking attendants upon arrival and they will direct guests to the appropriate area.

  • How is the event handling social-distancing?

    In order to provide a safe environment for all guests and performers, all guests must remain inside their vehicles for the duration of the event, unless visiting a restroom. If it is necessary to leave your vehicle for any reason, wearing a mask is mandatory.

  • What else do I need to know?

    Upon arrival, our team will provide you with a handout with relevant information, and a trash & recycling bag. The handout will outline our fan Code of Conduct, indicate restroom locations, provide a number to text with questions, and also officially welcome you to the Celebrate Georgia event..

  • Can I stand on my car to watch the show?

    Safety is our top priority, and guests are not permitted to stand or dance on their cars or truck beds to watch the show. If found doing so, they’ll be asked to come down. Multiple warnings will result in the ejection of your vehicle from the event.

  • What are the run times?

    Parking Lots will open at approximately 3:30pm, with the show starting approximately at 5:00pm. Times can vary, so please check for updated information for your show. Please allow yourself plenty of time to get into the venue. Early arrival is STRONGLY encouraged.

  • WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

    Guests will be parked as they arrive on a first-come, first-served basis. Late arrivals will be parked in the safest locations, which may be in the back of the parking lot, regardless of the type of ticket held.

  • Can I leave in the middle of the show and come back?

    We’re sorry, but unless emergency circumstances arise, re-entry is not permitted. In the event you have to leave more than 30 minutes before the end of the show, please get the attention of a staff member who will help escort your vehicle out of the space in a safe and non-disruptive manner.

  • Can I set up a tent in my designated parking space?

    No. In order to maintain proper social-distance and safety, all guests will be required to stay in their vehicles for the duration of the event,  unless visiting the restrooms, tents will not be permitted into the venue.

  • Can I use a ride-share or walk into the parking lots to attend the event?

    Ride-share and walk in’s are not permitted for this event. In order to maintain our social distancing responsibilities, all guests must arrive in a ticketed vehicle.

  • Will there be upgraded spaces available night of show?

    No. Upgraded spaces will not be available for this event. Cars will be parked on a first-come, first served basis by section.

  • What if I have an emergency during the show?

    Venue security, medical and police staff will be available on-site In the event that you need immediate assistance. If for some reason you have an emergency and need to leave before the show ends, we will assist you in that instance.

  • Will weather impact the event?

    Your safety is always our first priority. In the event of inclement weather, we will make decisions as to whether or not to host the show based upon our ability to do so safely. All events are rain or shine. In the event weather hinders our ability for the show to go on, guests will be notified via email and social channels regarding next steps.

  • Can I leave my car running?

    In consideration of the environment and those around you, please do not leave your engine running once you have parked in your designated area.

  • Will kids be allowed?

    The event is all ages. Kids under 3 will not count towards the 4 person maximum per vehicle.

  • Can I leave my vehicle overnight?

    While we strongly encourage the use of a designated driver for everyone’s safety, in the case that you need to leave your vehicle overnight it must be moved by noon the next day.

  • Are firearms or fireworks allowed in my vehicle?

    NO. All vehicles will be searched by canine units before entry into the concert area. If any firearms or fireworks are found your vehicle will not be allowed to enter the concert area.
